Rapidnet offers competitive pricing on our voice plans. We also offer both Hosted PBX services as well as onsite or dedicated cloud based PBX solutions. If you already have a VoIP solution that fits your needs you can also make use of our SIP trunk services.

Fibre FAQ
How long will the fibre install take ?
This process can vary, if the service is required in a building that already has fibre from Rapidnet, or any of our Fibre Partners then generally this can be completed in a matter of 4 to 6 weeks. If there is no existing fibre in the building and the building is fibre feasible then this process can take 3 to 6 months, The process includes a site survey, Landlord Consent sign off and the wayleaves and build time. We can in many cases offer a wireless service to get your business connected in a matter of 5 to 10 Business days or less. You can then keep this as a backup link, or remove it once your fibre service is live.
